a) Literary Club

The English Literary Club was constituted on 22nd Jan 2019, with the aim to facilitate English proficiency among the students and to generate an interest in the language and culture associated with it. Apart from literary activities, the club conducts activities which are fun ways of promoting creativity. On 22nd Jan 2020, the first anniversary of the club was celebrated under which a literary exhibition was put up and the club was officially named as Galleria de Literaria.

b) Academic Activities

The Department of English in collaboration with Department of Sociology and Gujarati,under the aegis of IQAC organized an international talk on “Gender Sensitization in Social media” on 17^th December 2019. The resource person was Dr. Jatin Srivastava, Associate Professor, EW Scripps School of Journalism, Ohio University.
